Our Consignment program was designed to help keep cash in your pocket, while maintaining a steady stock of assembly boards at your facility for when they are needed.  We monitor your inventory levels and notify you when we need more materials for your next build.

Over the years, Lectronics has fine tuned its operation to be as lean as possible.  Through software investments and employee training, our quoting and assembly operations are nimble, error-free, and smooth, providing the highest level of service you would expect.  Using pull production lines (PPL), Lectronics produces a standard number of PCB assembly orders and maintains that finished goods inventory on behalf of our clients in certain instances. We have developed an advanced pull system assembly process by refining a six step process for work-in-process (WIP), sometimes completing an entire assembly within 24 hours.  This ensures the highest level of service, not typically available in the industry.
