Our Selective Soldering Machine provides improved process capabilities especially for mixed technology boards. SSM can accomodate double-sided SMT paste operation and selectively solders the through hole requiremetns without disturbing the adjacent SMT components.

Selective Solder Machine

Saline Lectronics’ selective solder machine allows us flexibility and consistency in soldering through-hole and odd form components into mixed technology printed circuit boards from either the top or bottom side.  This is ideal for high-mix low to medium volume production runs. 

We have the capability of soldering pads as small as 0.010 of an inch, and the ability to accommodate panels or fixtures up to 16” x 16”. With a topside clearance of up to 3” and a bottom side clearance of up to 2.5”, there is no job too big or small for us to handle.
