Electrical Engineering
  • We have 10 Electrical Engineers with robust experience in electronic assembly including support of PCB design
  • Will perform thorough Design for Manufacturability/Design for Assembly analysis to ensure the manufacturing process runs smoothly
  • Our DFM/DFA services can enhance the reliability of your product and offer potential economic cost savings
Mechanical Engineering
  • We have 4 Mechanical Engineers to support top-level assembly
  • Will help to ensure that all Electro-Mechanical Box Builds are put together correctly and efficiently
  • Will assist in DFM/DFA analysis
  • Can support any mechanical design changes, and help to mitigate supplier related concerns
  • Electrical Engineers with over 20+ years of electronic component analysis
  • Will perform thorough BOM review for component alternatives due to end-of-life (EOL) or lead-time mitigation
  • Will offer critical recall support and provide EOL notifications
  • Assists with product transition from Tin-Lead to RoHS compliance
  • Process Engineers will set-up the ideal assembly process for each product
  • Suggest solutions for manufacturing alerts for incorrect component selections that do not fit within PCB design
  • Thoroughly review PCB assembly package for any potential concerns
  • Quality Engineers help to create manufacturing visuals and procedural documentation required to assemble each product
  • Will directly monitor and manage First Time Build assemblies in order to validate accuracy and adherence to industry standards
  • Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of production processes
  • Electrical Engineers will help develop testing solutions including functional, flying probe and ICT to ensure proper functionality of your product
  • Will perform thorough analysis of any failures and troubleshoot to the appropriate solution
  • Offer Design for Testability (DFT) analysis for new product designs
Process Engineering
  • Ensure that all product is being assembled to the appropriate quality requirements
  • Daily, on the line review of product assembly, which is documented and reviewed for best practices
  • Quality assurance of all direct material including process assessment, process control plans, PFMEAs, FAIRs, inspection plans and statistical data
Component Engineering
