Our JUKI 2060RL is another of our pick and place machines. With a large bank of feeders, it helps us to be flexible to meet our customers needs.

Surface Mount Equipment

Saline Lectronics currently has four Surface Mount lines. With a large stock of feeders, we are able to stay flexible by having jobs queued ahead, and adapt to our various customers’ ever-changing needs.

With these machines we also have the capability of placing components as large as 74 x 74 mm. The laser inspection equipment used in this machine ensures that the components will be placed correctly every time.  By verifying component orientation and checking for component damage, you can be assured that our quality is second to none.

From large BGAs to micro BGAs there is not a job, which we cannot handle.
