Inventory Management Towers

Equipped with three ISM-2000 Juki Fortresses, these intelligent inventory management systems store components within an ESD and humidity controlled environment. Linked directly to Cogiscan’s TTC System, the Fortresses communicate directly with our Juki SMT Lines. When a SMT machine starts to run low on a component, a low-level warning alarm will alert and trigger the Fortress to automatically dispense the replacement reel. This automatic system and M2M communication saves a significant amount of labor and production time.
Solder Paste Inspection & Verification

Our SPI machines quickly and accurately identify any imperfect solder volume concerns in order to prevent a PCBA from moving through SMT with solder defects. This enhanced verification guarantees better print quality and overall yield.
High-Speed SMT Machines

Our high-speed Juki lines can place an average of 66,000 components per hour and support placements as small as 01005. Each line is linked directly to our inventory management towers allowing for real-time communication. During a production run, this machine-to-machine (M2M) communication triggers automatic replenishment of material that improves line efficiency and overall throughput.
Intelligent Oven Systems

Our Heller ovens are powered by KIC’s smart oven technology systems. These systems allow our team to create customized, optimized oven profiles for each electronic product. We store virtual profiles for every single PCBA that we manufacture.
Advanced AOI

At the end of every SMT line, we perform 100% AOI inspection for all SMT placements. Each AOI shares software and offline programming capabilities, giving us ultimate flexibility to properly examine every PCBA at each step of the manufacturing process.
Solder Paste Printers

Our DEK solder paste printers distribute solder paste with pressure sensors to better control volume metrics on each printed circuit board. Additionally, on our high-volume SMT line, we’ve installed the Stinger system – an adhesive dispense module that allows us to efficiently and reliably place glue dots on mixed technology assemblies.
