We are currently looking to add a Quality Manager partner to our quality team. If you have experience in managing quality processes and systems within a manufacturing environment, we want you to apply.

Requirements:

The Quality Manager must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in a Quality, Operations, or Engineering lead role. Candidate will have a thorough knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and Quality Systems. Possesses an understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and AS9100 standards as well as audit experience. Candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Skills:

This position requires excellent reasoning skills, with the ability to analyze statistical data. Must be able to investigate customer, supplier or internal problems, determine root cause, and work with appropriate resources to communicate and implement preventive measures. Ability to initiate change and direct teams across the organization to accomplish business objectives and goals.  Requires exceptional computer skills, and experience using Microsoft Office applications; MS Access a plus.

Primary Function:

Responsible for the development and administration of Saline Lectronics’ Quality System. Works closely with customers and certification auditors to address and resolve audit findings. Work closely with Management and team members to aid in the development of internal processes required to sustain, and acquire new certifications. Analyze and perform root cause corrective action for quality issues. Provide direction and mentoring to the Quality team. The Quality Manager has the authority to stop production and shipment of non-conforming products.

Work Performed:

Manage day to day activities of the Quality department. Analyze and review performance metrics to monitor effectiveness of process improvements. Work with appropriate resources to determine root cause and develop corrective actions. Assists in developing new manufacturing practices to streamline production and eliminate quality issues.  Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
